Transformer Oracle

Until this point, the oracle infrastructure is not able to get a quote between tokens if one of them is a yield-bearing assets such as aTokens (from AAVE), yvTokens (from Yearn), and more.

Transformer Oracle will leverage the transformers infrastructure and the oracle aggregator to be able to transform between yield bearing assets amounts and their underlyings.
